Job Description
Main Tasks
- As part of the APAC region HR team, the intern will have an exposure to projects across full spectrum HR functions
- Manage coordination of talent management, learning and development programmes
- Assist in annual APAC performance management process
- Plan and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Support in the implementation of HRIS and digitalisation projects (SuccessFactors, payroll systems)
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as required
Your Profile
Degree / Diploma undergraduate in Business, Human Resources Management, Psychology or related fieldsTeam player with a passion in regional HR topics, demonstrated ability to be proactive and work on projects independentlyPossess strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills to engage cross-cultural stakeholdersProficient in Microsoft Office programs like Excel and PowerpointAre you full of ideas?
