Responsibilities :
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes.
Manage bar operations including opening, restocking, and closing procedures.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of bar area.
Maintain knowledge of drink costing and manage stock inventory.
Liaise with suppliers for bar-related orders and replenishments.
Requirements :
Basic bartending skills and knowledge of classic cocktails.
Previous bar experience in a restaurant or bar setting.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsible and able to work independently during shifts.
