As a vital member of the HR team, you will play an essentialrole in supporting the HR Business Partner (HRBP) by managing arange of HR matters within the designated business unit(s). Yourcontributions will ensure that HR services are deliveredefficiently and effectively, fostering a positive workplaceenvironment.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Collaboratewith the HRBP and the NTU Shared Services team to provideoperational support on HR administrative matters such asperformance appraisals, promotions, recruitment, contract renewals,and more, ensuring timely servicedelivery
- Support the HRBP in proactivelyengaging with stakeholders and employees to address HR functions ina consultative manner
- Assist in theadministration of performance appraisal processes, includingtracking timelines and gathering feedback, while helping managersunderstand performance management tools andpractices.
- Maintain accurate HR records anddatabases
- Assist with the preparation of HRreports and metrics to informdecision-making
- Provide HR advisory servicesregarding the university's policies and work processes tostakeholders
- Collaborate with the HRBP and HRCentres of Excellence on key HR projects, including policy andprocessreviews.
