Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, caregivers, and the public
• Assist with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations
• Provide accurate information regarding clinic services, procedures, and hospital policies
• Enter and update patient and appointment details in the hospital system
• Route calls or escalate queries to the appropriate departments when necessary
• Ensure service quality and adherence to call handling protocols
• Perform general administrative duties related to call centre operations
• Support ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
