Responsibilities :

Provide customer service support via phone and

email.

Attend to Customer's enquires on

product, RFQ and deliveries.

Preparing of

shipping document and import / export documentation.

Monitor and ensure outgoing shipments being delivered as

prescribed.

Monitor and ensure incoming

shipments being cleared timely.

Processing of

invoice promptly.

Extract and tabulate data

for report analysis using Microsoft Office Suite.

Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for all incoming

and outgoing activities.

Coordinate with

supervisor for warehouse activities.

Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders and

ensure timely deliveries.

Ensure accuracy of

all inventories. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and

report any discrepancies.

Performing of

general housekeeping within the workplace and maintaining of a safe

working environment.

Perform any other duties

as and when assigned by the

Management.
