Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager to lead and oversee our human resources operations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building a positive workplace culture, driving HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and training & development.
- Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs and drive effective talent acquisition.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee performance, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution.
- Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, workplace culture, and retention.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Manage payroll, HR budgets, and reporting as required.
- Identify and implement HR process improvements and digital solutions to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.At least 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with 2–3 years in a managerial capacity.Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and regulations.Proven experience in talent management, recruitment, and employee relations.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office applications.What We Offer
