Roles & Responsibilities
The Job :
- Assist Office Manager with day-to-day operations of the office and resolved any administrative related issues.
- Provide administrative support for the team, including processing expense claims, coordinating department meetings, documenting minutes and managing related logistical arrangements
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Handle general office administration duties including procurement and management of office and pantry supplies, maintenance of office equipment and fixed assets, invoices processing, publication subscriptions, mail sorting and courier services
- Perform project-related administrative tasks and office logistics such as manage meeting rooms bookings and set up, refreshments and cleanliness.
- Assist to plan and organise activities to foster department cohesiveness.
- Any other administration related matters and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
The Requirements :
