Group level HR, specializing in
advancing group-level initiatives in Total Rewards, L&D, HR
systems
implementation
Responsibilities :
Bring strategic oversight and execution at the group
level, aligning regional entities
Drive
cohesion across entity-level HR teams and advancing group-level
initiatives / strategies in Total Rewards, Learning &
Development (L&D), and HR systems implementation
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
aligned with the overall business strategy
Lead group-wide implementation and optimisation of HRIS
platforms such as Workday or similar systems
Collaborate with country-level HR teams to ensure
consistent application of policies, frameworks, and HR practices
across the group
Monitor and analyse HR
metrics at the group level to inform leadership decisions and track
initiative effectiveness
Able to support other
functions such as performance management, talent development,
succession planning, and employee engagement where
needed
Profile of
Ideal Candidate :
At least 5-10 years of relevant experience as a Group HR
Manager in a multi-entity or regional setup
Strong domain knowledge and hands-on experience in Total
Rewards or L&D
Team player, family
culture
Sector knowledge not mandatory, but
good to have
Strong work ethics and excellent
learning / work attitude, independent and can perform without much
supervision
Ability to work across cultures
and collaborate effectively in a matrixed
organisation
