Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the planning and implementation of technology and business strategies to achieve company objectives
• Manage and coordinate daily operational activities across different business units to ensure smooth project execution
• Utilize data analytics and reporting to monitor performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to improve workflows and enhance product delivery efficiency
• Conduct research on market trends and emerging technologies to support innovation initiatives
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to improve operational consistency and compliance
• Prepare progress reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting achievements, risks, and opportunities
• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
