Job descriptionHandle daily import and transshipment operations for sea freight and airfreight Communicate with vendors, shipping lines, customers, and overseas agents via email and phone Manage customer and agent enquiries, including providing quotations Prepare, process, and ensure accuracy of all shipping documents Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth delivery of goods Prepare and issue invoices within deadlines Support management with other ad-hoc duties as assigned

- Working hour : Mon - Fri, 8.30am-6pm
- AWS + VB
