Roles & Responsibilities
- Attend to and perform fault finding and diagnosis on both mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring high-quality service delivery and prompt response times.
Ensure on-time project completion within budget, managing project timelines and financials.
Responsible for system design, equipment installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning.
Implement and ensure proper project management structures and processes for effective scope estimation, prioritization, and timely delivery.Participate in departmental and client meetings concerning project and maintenance issues on-site.
Address and resolve technical queries during meetings.
Oversee regular maintenance schedules and recovery plans for IT solutions and equipment installed at client sites.
Manage maintenance, repairs, and updates of equipment.
Take charge of project-related activities, including the deployment, installation, and testing of equipment and systems.Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Follow-up to ensure timely resolutions.Maintain accurate records of breakdowns and repairs, enabling thorough analysis and ongoing improvements.Be on standby for operational and maintenance issues and be ready to attend to urgent matters when required.Assist the Manager in leading, monitoring, and motivating the technical support team.
Lead the maintenance team in troubleshooting system defects on-site.
Be available for rotational standby (weekly or monthly, 24 / 7) as per operational requirements.Create and document work instructions and fault management procedures for knowledge transfer within the team.
Provide training to team members regarding technical matters and ensure continuous learning.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline.Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar technical or engineering role, with a focus on IT systems, project management, or system troubleshooting.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and in a team.Detail-oriented and dedicated to providing high-quality service.Willingness to work in rotational shifts and standby as required.Tell employers what skills you have
