Job Description

  • Industry / Organization Type : Electronics industry
  • Position Title : Admin Officer
  • Working Location : Centre
  • Working Hours : 5 days, Mon - Fri 9am-6pm
  • Salary Package : Basic Salary + AWS
  • Duration : Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the administriation operation.
  • Ensure adherence to employment regulations and internal company standards.
  • Help establish and refine office administration systems and workflows.
  • Work closely and communicate effectively with colleagues across departments and offices.
  • Required :

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Welcome Fresh entry and no experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Can communication well with chinese and english.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good team work player
  • Good positive attuitude and willing to learn
