Position
Summary : We are seeking a
results-driven Paid Media (Facebook, Google, Bing) Specialist to
join our dynamic marketing team. You will play a pivotal role in
planning, implementing, and optimizing our paid advertising
campaigns to drive business growth and brand
awareness.
Job
Description : Develop
and execute paid media strategies across various online advertising
channels, including but not limited to Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads,
Pinterest Ads, and Tiktok Ads.
Collaborate
with the marketing team to ensure paid media campaigns align with
overall marketing and business objectives.
Create and manage paid media campaigns from start to
finish, including budget allocation, targeting, and ongoing
optimization.
Monitor campaign performance,
analyse data, and provide insights to improve Purchases, ROI, CPA,
ROAS.
Stay current with industry trends,
changes in algorithms, and new advertising platforms.
Provide regular reports on campaign performance and make
data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Continuously test and experiment with different ad
formats, targeting options, and creative strategies.
Conduct market research and analyze customer data to
identify opportunities for
growth
Key
Requirements : Degree
in Digital Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Marketing,
Communications, or other relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital and
social media marketing.
Proven experience in
managing paid media campaigns, including Facebook Ads, Pinterest
Ads, Tiktok Ads and other platforms.
Proficiency in ad campaign setup, optimization, and
budget management.
Strong analytical skills
and the ability to translate data into actionable
insights.
Excellent communication and team
collaboration skills.
Experience with A / B
testing and conversion rate optimization.
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google
Analytics) is a plus.
Experience in Women's
apparel industry in Europe Country is preferred.
Priority is given to those who spend more than USD1,000
per day on advertising
