Description : We are seeking a
Digital Marketing Manager to represent
our premium lifestyle brand. This role requires a passionate
individual skilled in enhancing brand awareness and developing
digital marketing strategies. The successful candidate will oversee
our online marketing strategy and manage social media activities,
ensuring all content aligns with our brand's tone and
mood.
Key
Responsibilities :
Develop and execute digital marketing plans to strengthen
brand awareness and online presence across various
platforms.
Manage and optimize the company's
social media profiles to increase engagement and
followers.
Plan and create engaging content
for digital platforms, including social media posts, blogs, and
newsletters.
Analyze digital marketing
performance using tools such as GA4, Meta Insights, and TikTok
Analytics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with design, sales, and PR teams to ensure
content is visually appealing, effective, and on-brand.
Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads,
TikTok Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends,
tools, and
technologies.
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing with
strong knowledge of social media management and content
creation.
At least 2 years of hands-on
experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram,
Facebook, and TikTok.
Experience in SEO, PPC,
email marketing, and social media management tools.
Strong analytical skills with experience using digital
analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Meta Insights).
Excellent communication skills, both written and
verbal.
Ability to devise and implement
content strategies that reflect the brand's tone and
mood.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing,
Communications, or a related field preferred.
Korean language proficiency will be considered an
advantage.
