Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

As a Field Application Engineer / Technical Support Engineer, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional technical support and guidance, including :

• Customer Support Management : Organize and lead customer support initiatives, focusing on swift design-in processes and optimal satisfaction.
• Pre-Sales & Design-In Assistance : Provide expert technical assistance during pre-sales phases and offer comprehensive support throughout the design-in process.
• After-Sales Support : Deliver robust after-sales technical support to resolve customer queries and issues efficiently.
• Customer Engineering Developments : Drive and support customer-specific engineering developments and solutions.
• Returned Material Analysis (RMA) : Conduct final evaluations of analyzed returned materials and provide timely feedback to customers and internal teams.
• Marketing Consultation : Liaise with the marketing service for technical insights on customer projects within your support area.
• Bench Testing & RMA Screening : Perform rigorous bench testing and initial RMA screening for issues within your support area.
• Technical Training : Organize and conduct comprehensive technical training sessions for customers and distribution partners.
