Job Summary :
The Secretary role will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management while actively contributing to the company's growth through strategic business development activities. This
role demands exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong understanding of business principles.
Responsibilities :
Executive Assistance :
- Complex Calendar & Meeting Management : Schedule and manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and prioritize appointments.
- Communication & Correspondence : Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Travel & Logistics : Arrange and manage complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Document Preparation & Management : Prepare, edit, and proofread presentations, reports, and other documents. Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Expense Management : Process expense reports, manage invoices, and track budgets.
- Confidentiality & Discretion : Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in all interactions.
Qualifications :
Diploma / Bachelor& degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in executive support and / or business development. Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented attitude. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. Fluency in English is essential. Fluency in other languages is a plus.Working Conditions
