On behalf of one of its clients, a consultancy company in
Engineering & Technology, the French Chamber of Commerce is
looking for a Business Development Manager
(APAC).
Our client is seeking an
experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive
growth and expand their market presence in Singapore, Malaysia and
Indonesia. He / She will be reporting to the General Manager and will
be based in Singapore subsidiary.
This role
involves identifying new business opportunities (Both for new and
existing clients), developing strategic partnerships (strategic
sales and contract plans), and fostering strong client
relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a
proven track record in business development, excellent
communication skills, and a deep understanding of the service
industry.
To carry out your mission, you will
work closely with Technical and Operation teams in Singapore and
Malaysia, as well as with the headquarter's Commercial and
Technical teams in France.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering and / or
Business / Marketing (with technical background).
Proven experience (10 to 15 years) as a Business
Development Manager, Sales
Executive, or in a
similar role within a service-based company.
Ability to perform with minimal guidance, be proactive,
results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Suite.
Strong leadership skills with the
ability to inspire, mentor, and motivate teams.
Familiarity with contract negotiation and proposal
writing.
Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills.
Able to speak French or
Malay would be an advantage to liaise with the other
offices.
