Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to build and maintain strategic relationships with our key clients in the FMCG sector. You will drive revenue growth, lead merchandising teams, and develop account strategies to maximize business opportunities while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Duties
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients by understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutionsDevelop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue opportunitiesServe as primary point of contact for key clients, addressing inquiries and identifying upselling / cross-selling opportunitiesCollaborate with marketing, purchasing, and logistics teams to meet client expectationsNegotiate contract renewals and pricing agreements to ensure mutually beneficial termsMeet deadlines for promotion plan submissionsResolve customer inquiries and issues to maintain trust and satisfactionLead and manage merchandising teams to ensure operational effectivenessPlan and implement new product launch activitiesAnalyze competitor activities and market trends to adjust account strategiesMonitor KPIs and account metrics, using data insights for continuous improvementStay current with industry trends and market developmentsPrepare regular sales progress reports and forecastsRequirements
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 3 years experience in FMCG / Modern TradeProven track record in Key Account ManagementProficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM softwareStrong ability to build rapport with key clientsCapable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneouslyExcellent negotiation and leadership skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesApply : jeffrey@oaktree.com.sg
