Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle full sets of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closing activities
- Prepare financial schedules and basic management reports
- Maintain and update fixed asset registers
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations (e.g., GST filing)
- Assist in preparation of audit schedules and liaise with external auditors
- Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and reporting tasks
- Communicate with internal departments and external vendors / customers on accounting matters
- Liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders where necessary (written and verbal communication)
Requirements :
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent0–2 years of relevant accounting experience (Fresh graduates are welcome)Basic understanding of full set accounting processes and reportingProficient in Microsoft OfficeStrong attention to detail, good organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesMandarin-speaking ability is an advantage, due to business needsTell employers what skills you have
