ROLE :
The Supervisor has a passion for hospitality and is committed to delivering memorable guest experiences and world-class service. They demonstrate a high level of responsibility and pride in their work. The Supervisor has a strong work ethic, natural ability to train fellow teammates and is ready to support the Manager / s in all daily operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Support the Restaurant Manager / s to lead operations with passion, integrity and knowledge while promoting the culture and defining principles of Black Sheep Restaurants.Lead from the front, telling our story and delivering memorable guest experience and world-class service.Engage guests to understand their needs, exceed expectations and create Champions.Help induct, welcome, support and onboard new joiners.Identify team training needs and partake in ongoing on-the-job training to improve personal and team performance.Share your knowledge to coach the team on hospitality and guest experience best practice, table maintenance and order of service.Provide direction and leadership to team members to stay motivated, focused and achieve restaurant goals.Assist the Manager / s in all daily managerial tasks to maintain the effective operation of the restaurant.Support the Manager / s with stock counts, inventory management, scheduling and weekly meeting preparation where needed.Assist with daily opening / closing duties including End of Day practices and reporting from both Revel and SevenRooms.Follow and uphold all Black Sheep Restaurants guidelines, protocols and checklists.Manage the restaurant to exceed standards of food quality, safety, hygiene, cleanliness and maintenance.Develop an in-depth understanding of the restaurants’ concepts, menus and wine lists.Take a keen interest in food, wine, the hospitality industry and happenings across the Black Sheep Restaurants community.Nurture a positive working environment, building strong relationships with teammates.EXPERIENCE :
Previous experience in a Restaurant Supervisor role.Thorough knowledge of service, hospitality, food and beverage.Driven to progress into a Managerial position and develop their career in hospitality.If you meet our requirements, send your resume with expected salary to angela@reveres.com.sg.
