Workshop & Store Manager

Description : We are looking for

an experienced Workshop and Store Manager to oversee our workshop

and inventory operations. The ideal candidate will lead a team of

technicians, electricians, mechanics, welders, fabricators, and

store staff while ensuring efficient equipment maintenance,

inventory control, and safety

compliance.

Responsibilities :

Manage the daily operations of the workshop and

store

Supervise and lead a team of

technicians, electricians, mechanics, welders, fabricators, and

storemen

Oversee maintenance, repair, and

servicing of construction equipment and machinery

Ensure proper inventory management, including parts

tracking, procurement, and stock control

Implement and maintain workplace safety

protocols

Implement preventive maintenance

programs

Coordinate with project teams to

ensure timely availability of equipment and

materials

Requirements :

Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

with at least 5 years of relevant experience in similar capacity,

preferably in the Construction Industry

Strong

leadership and team management skills

Proficient in inventory management, spare parts control,

and safety regulations

Experience in

construction equipment maintenance is an

advantage
