Job
duties :
Proactively identify and target new business
opportunities within the sustainable waste management sector across
solutions such as REL waste disposal, hooklift waste disposal, and
compactor deployments
Develop and implement
sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure customer
satisfaction and retention.
Ensure customer
service excellence through timely resolution of customer
issues.
Conduct in-depth market research and
competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas
for business growth.
Willingness to travel for
client meetings and business development activities as
required.
Qualifications :
Prior experience in a business development or external
sales role in the waste management or sustainability
industry.
Self-driven with the ability to work
independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word,
PowerPoint).
Excellent communication,
interpersonal, and negotiation
skills
