Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Support the Recruitment Director in the strategic planning and execution of the recruitment function.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise recruitment teams to ensure timely, effective, and high-quality hiring.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-level or hard-to-fill roles.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire, cost-per-hire) and provide regular reports and analysis.
- Implement and maintain recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing platforms.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive talent sourcing strategies.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and candidate experience improvements.
- Represent the recruitment function in cross-functional HR projects and strategic planning sessions.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)5–7 years of progressive experience in recruitment / talent acquisition2+ years in a leadership or management role within a recruitment or HR teamStrong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and best practicesCommitment to diversity and inclusion in hiring practicesPlease state your availability, current and expected salary in the resume.
