Contract Procurement System Manager (E-procurement System) at Geylang Bahru, up to $6500

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Gathering information and data to identify business requirements and processes with stakeholders.
• Creation and maintenance of requirements documents and requirements management.
• Identification of improvement opportunities and support in redesigning the process to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Work closely with stakeholders, including the project team, to ensure requirements are fully and accurately understood.
• Manage all testing activities required for system functionalities.
• Coordinates and administers project schedule / meeting / personnel including logistics such as resource booking.
• Plans and administers training plan / schedule for users.
• Plan, organise and carry out change management activities to ensure smooth transition for any new systems, functions or processes.
• Routine administration functions
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned
