Key Responsibilities :

• Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Provide personalized service, addressing guest needs and concerns professionally.
• Offer expert wine and sake recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
• Manage wine, sake, and beverage inventory, including stock-taking and procurement.
• Work with the kitchen to create and promote exceptional wine and food pairings.
• Mentor staff on wines, sake, and fine dining service.
• Stay updated on trends in Asian fine dining and beverages.
