We are seeking a passionate

and dynamic leader to join our team. As a key member of our

restaurant management team, you will be responsible for ensuring

the daily smooth operations of the restaurant while driving

excellence and innovation. Your role will encompass a variety of

exciting challenges, including setting sales targets, organizing

promotional events, training and motivating staff, managing

customer relations, and maintaining high standards of hygiene,

quality, and safety.

Key

Responsibilities :

Ensure the daily seamless operation of the restaurant,

maintaining an efficient workflow between the front of house and

kitchen teams.

Set and achieve daily and

monthly sales targets.

Organize and manage

marketing activities, such as promotional events and campaigns, to

drive customer engagement.

Recruit, train, and

motivate staff, helping them grow in their roles.

Handle event orders and ensure all customer needs are met

with excellence.

Resolve customer complaints

promptly and professionally.

Maintain high

standards of hygiene, health, and safety within the

restaurant.

Work closely with the head chef

and senior management to set operational budgets and manage

inventory.

Oversee shifts and ensure smooth

operations across all areas.

Contribute to the

development of the restaurant's wine and beverage

knowledge.

Mentor staff, encouraging

innovative thinking, and fostering a culture of

excellence.

Build and maintain strong

relationships within the organization and with external

partners.

Drive long-term organizational

goals, focusing on innovation, growth, and talent

development.
