Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Job Descriptions
- Attend walk-in visitors
- Answering phone calls and direct to the PIC
- Data entry, scanning, photocopying, opening new files
- Physical filing of documents / paper in files
- Recording and organise the files
- Collect, sort and distribute the incoming letters to respective departments
- Coordination with clients for mail collection.
- Coordinate office supplies and repairs to office equipment
- Courier arrangement
- Provide other ad-hoc administration support for the office as required
Job Requirements
