Sales and Business Development Manager
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets by selling solutioning products to partners and retailers
- Pipeline development through a combination of cold-calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge / intelligence
- Seek out and develop long-term relationships with potential, new and existing strategic partners and retailers
- Structure and negotiate commercial deals that contribute to positive and sustainable business outcomes for Digital Platforms
- Drive key business development initiatives from creation of new revenue streams to implementation of new solutions
- Manage multiple project timelines to implement campaigns for partners and retailers
- Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including product, tech, analytics, legal, marketing, operations and finance to launch partner and retailer campaigns
- Provide end-to-end partner and retailer support by being the main point of contact and proactively resolving any business or technical issues
- Track, analyse and communicate key quantitative trends related to the business
- Initiate reviews with partners and retailers, and strategise on how to further optimize results and outcomes
Requirements :
Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related fieldAt least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Account Management, selling Merchant Solutions or Media Advertising SolutionsPossess strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and communication (written and verbal) skillsDemonstrated ability to build strong business relationships and think creatively about partnership opportunitiesTarget-driven and proven self-starter with the ability to deliver targets in a fast-paced environmentPossess strong interpersonal skills, high tenacity, and is comfortable with working in a collaborative and dynamic environmentProven ability to juggle multiple accounts and projects at a time, while maintaining attention to detailPassionate about technology trends, retail solutions and experiencesWe regret that only shortlist candidates will be notified
