We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our regional business development initiatives across Southeast Asia. Based in Singapore, this role will be instrumental in driving market expansion, identifying new business opportunities, and establishing strategic partnerships to our company's growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Market Development & Strategy
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities across Southeast Asian markets
- Develop and execute regional business development strategies aligned with company objectives
- Create market entry strategies for new territories and service lines
Business Development & Sales
Lead end-to-end business development activities including prospecting, relationship building, and deal closureIdentify and engage potential clients through various channels including networking events, industry conferences, and digital outreachDevelop compelling value propositions and customized solutions for prospective clientsManage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and signingAchieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targetsRelationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry leadersRepresent company at industry events, conferences, and networking functionsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to new clientsRegional Coordination
Coordinate business development activities across multiple Southeast Asian marketsWork closely with local teams to optimize regional strategiesProvide market intelligence and feedback to senior managementSupport the establishment of local presence in key markets as neededRequired Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of business development or sales experienceProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growthExperience working in Southeast Asian markets, with strong understanding of regional business practicesStrong analytical and strategic thinking capabilitiesDemonstrated ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers at all levelsSelf-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesCultural sensitivity and adaptability for working across diverse marketsStrong negotiation and closing skillsResilience and persistence in pursuing long-term opportunitiesTeam player with collaborative approach to achieving company goalsTell employers what skills you have
