We’re now supporting the search for a Business Development Lead – SEA , based in Singapore , to drive regional growth across social media, performance marketing and the Google Marketing Platform ecosystem.
This is a role for a true hunter — someone who’s commercially sharp, deeply connected across the region, and energised by building new business from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
As the Business Development Lead, you’ll own the full commercial engine : identifying opportunities, building senior-level relationships, crafting cross-channel solutions, and driving the success of social (TikTok, Meta, etc.) and GMP offerings across Southeast Asia.
You’ll act as the face of the business in the region, bringing together media, creative and technology solutions to unlock measurable growth for clients across e-commerce, FMCG, retail, and more.

- You enjoy working closely with strategy, media, creative and tech teams to deliver full-funnel solutions.

- Own the end-to-end sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, solutioning, negotiating and closing.
- Build and convert high-value pipeline across social and GMP solutions.

Build direct relationships with senior decision-makers across e-commerce, FMCG, performance retail and fast-growth verticals.Position yourself as a trusted advisor by crafting integrated, creative solutions that combine social, performance and technology.Develop a clear GTM plan for SEA, identifying priority markets and industry opportunities.Stay ahead of platform updates, market shifts and competitor activity to maintain a strong edge.Collaboration & Delivery Excellence
Partner closely with strategy, media, creative, analytics and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and measurable success.Work cross-functionally to scale wins across markets and unlock long-term client value.What You’ll Need to Succeed
Skills & Experience (Non-Negotiable)
7–10 years in sales / business development across digital marketing, social media, performance or ad techProven success closing new business in TikTok, Meta and / or the GMP stack (DV360, CM360, SA360, GA360)Regional SEA exposure and an existing client network across e-commerce, FMCG or retailStrong commercial instincts with the ability to design solutions that blend media, tech and creativeExcellent communicator with high credibility at senior stakeholder levelEntrepreneurial mindset — proactive, self-starting, and comfortable owning the numberSingapore-based, with readiness to travel across SEAWhy This Role Is Uncommonly Good ✨
