Job Scope : Sales Manager
The expectation from the applicant to be
available on 24 / 7 throughout the year to attend the special needs
as an when necessary. More of Indian customers population to make
clear communication and provide better services. Visit to
customers, Manage assets of the company, Sales and collection of
Funds. Quick learning of Products Knowledge, handle any level of
job if necessary.

Scope of Work : Regular Duties : -
1.
Schedule for Sales by zone / division wise.
2.
Maintain the sales cycles.
3. Take orders from
retailers by making sales order online.
4. Fully
responsible for Collections from Customers
(Retailers).
5. Market our products and
establish our brands.
6. Find the opportunities
to expand our customer base.
7. Make a Market
survey for our competitive products positioning with advancements
in competing our brands and products and suggest to management on
the things to do for improvement,
8. Close watch
on Pricing and trends of our product to compare the similar
products leads us.
9. Attend to enquiries and
orders over the phone / online.
10. Survey and
report for launching of new products,
11. Close
working relationship in Warehouse Operations
Management.
12. Re-distribution of stock and
handle the non-moving items wisely before the expiry
period.
13. Attend to Freezer maintenance
requirements, defaults and all other requirements from the
Customers.
14. Damages / Return / expiry of stock
to be managed and accounted carefully.
15. Must
adhere Company's rules and regulations
strictly
16. Handle ad hoc
duties.
17. Accountable to tally the
disputes.
18. Liable for un-collectable dues
arising from your sales,
19. Keep records ,
collections and deposits on daily basis and submission to
accounts.
20. Ensure every in / out of sales
quantity are accounted properly. Ensure All records should be
Maintained with accuracy and easy access to the
requirements.
21. Keep the assigned vehicles
clean and neat.
22. All traffic violations,
fines and penalties on the person who use the
vehicle.
Weekly Meetings :
1. Discuss on Sales performance, collection and
outstanding by sales person.
2. Discuss on
outstanding receivable report with the forecasting of
recovery.
3. Performance on Salesman wise sales
count.
4. Comparisons with month to date, year
to date and performances.
5. Customer
performances
1. Assets management
report.
2. Periodic reports are required to
provide to management on your work
performance.
3. Sales analysis report is
required on monthly basis.
4. Forecast and plan
is required on monthly basis.
5. Product wise
sales analysis, distribution analysis, stock movement and market
analysis.
6. Ad hoc reports required by the
management from time to time.
Applicant must
have a qualification and experiences of :
Master Degree in Commerce / operations management / business
administration with Computer Application
experience.
B. Must have the driving
licence-Class 3
Minimum 5 years' experience and
hands on abilities to work with minimum
supervision.
Six days work in a week and need to
work long hours depend on the
requirements.
Presentable and patience to do
sales.
Co-ordinate with every departments to
work efficiently.
