We are seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager with a hunter mindset to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, expanding business opportunities, and building strong long-term partnerships. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who thrives on winning new business while ensuring client satisfaction and repeat growth.
Core Responsibilities
Proactively identify, prospect, and convert new leads into profitable accounts.Drive sales through networking, cold outreach, and targeted pitches to decision-makers.Develop strategies to break into untapped markets and win competitive accounts.Act as the key point of contact for both new and existing clients.Build and nurture long-term partnerships to maximize revenue potential.Deliver exceptional service to strengthen client satisfaction and loyalty.Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas by hunting new opportunities and upselling within existing accounts.Create tailored proposals and close deals through effective negotiation.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.Work with internal teams (marketing, logistics, operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for newly acquired clients.Provide market insights to support product positioning and promotional campaigns.Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to management.Job Requirement(s)
