Roles & Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY

Work closely with members of the SOD team to ensure

successful implementation of strategic projects
strengthening of organisation culture and
effective fundraising for strategic projects

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support project management and implementation

Execution of culture-promoting initiatives

Follow-up with donor engagements and closing of donations prospecting

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience in culture building within an organisation

Professional and positive engagements with internal and external stakeholders

Systematic and organized, able to multi-task and oversee multiple timelines

Effective translation of strategy to outcomes

Timely and effective delivery of results

Open to learning new domains of knowledge related to the project on hand

Experienced in project management and people engagement

Strong communication skills (able to speak / write clearly and succinctly)

Strong accountability and independent worker

Detailed and meticulous

Resourceful and mature

Adept in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, Powerpoint);

Experience using software applications such as Canva and / or having research / editorial experience would be an advantage
