Job descriptionIdentify and assess customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction Provide accurate, valid and complete information Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Attend to walk-ins in Showroom - product enquiries and servicing Take the extra mile to engage customers Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to situations Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and effective time management Willing to appear on screen 5 Day Work (Saturday included, Rotation basis) Working hours : 9am - 5pm
Roles & Responsibilities
E-commerce
- Daily operations includes preparing of orders and packing of orders
- Listing / managing E-Commerce online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok etc)
- Managing customer enquiries on platform chats
- Develop, create and manage product listing on E-Commerce websites / platforms
- Team Player - works with various departments (product management, graphics & sales) to provided updated content on respective platforms.
- Handle on screen and backend livestreams
