WHO ARE
YOU?
We are looking for
a highly skilled Membership Manager professional to drive revenue
growth, build strong member relationships, and identify new
business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone with a
strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a proven
track record in sales, client management, and business
expansion.
You will play a critical role in
managing & developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts,
and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional value
to clients. Your ability to analyze market trends, nurture
long-term partnerships, and execute growth initiatives will be
essential to success in this
role.
RESPONSIBILITIES : Membership
Respond to membership enquiries, conduct tours, and
onboard new members
Respond to member requests
for suspensions, terminations, and corporate transfers
Work with membership and finance team for additional
member-related matters such as renewals, disputes, suspensions,
terminations, and finance-related matters
Liaising with finance team for member-related
finance
Troubleshoot member issues from time
to time
Support Membership & Partnerships
Director with member analysis, reports and surveys
Building benefits with partners to ensure we have a
valuable benefit offering for our members
Manage highly sensitive membership
data
Communities
Create and manage communities for our members from
fitness-focused to literature-loving groups. Work with the members
to understand their passions to help drive the formation of these
communities
Conceptualize, produce, and manage
community-focused initiatives, events, and programming, working
with the wider 1880 team.
Ensure a wide and
diverse range of communities and associated initiatives are
considered
Ensure all events are organized and
planned in time for deadlines and communicated
appropriately.
REQUIREMENTS :
A minimum of 2 years work experience in a sales &
customer service-focused role
Excellent
communication skills
Strong interpersonal
skills and a 'can do' attitude

Must be able to prioritize and
multi-task
Strong proficiency in organization,
problem-solving, and communication
Flexible to
work occasional evenings and
weekends
