Position : Sales Account Manager – Chromatography & Analytical Solutions
Location : Singapore (Full-time, on-site)
Territory : Southeast Asia
Job Scope
We are hiring a Sales Account Manager to lead and support the sales of chromatography and analytical solutions , covering both instruments (HPLC, GC, LCMS, GCMS) and laboratory consumables . This role involves managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with customers to offer tailored solutions for their analytical workflows.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive sales of chromatography instruments and related consumables including columns, vials, solvents, and sample preparation products
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships across research, testing, pharmaceutical, academic, and industrial sectors
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions that align with workflow requirements
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, quotations, and follow-ups
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth in the Southeast Asia region
- Work closely with technical support, product management, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay informed about market developments and industry trends to position products effectively
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry , Analytical Science , Life Sciences , or a related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in sales of chromatography instruments (HPLC, GC, LCMS, GCMS) and / or analytical consumablesStrong understanding of analytical workflows and the needs of lab environmentsProven ability to manage sales pipelines and meet revenue goalsExcellent communication , presentation , and interpersonal skillsSales-driven personality with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and growAble to work independently and manage a regional territoryWillingness to travel across Southeast Asia as requiredWe Value
