Job
Description
Provide strategic HR partnership to business leaders
across the APAC region.
Develop and implement
HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
Support talent acquisition, retention, and succession
planning efforts.
Manage employee relations
and ensure compliance with regional labour laws.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive
organisational change projects.
Analyse HR
metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership
teams.
Oversee the implementation of
performance management processes.
Act as a
trusted advisor for HR matters within the APAC
region.
The Successful
Applicant
A successful APAC HRBP
should have :
A background in human
resources within the hotel industry or related sectors.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
across the APAC region, especially Singapore.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and
influence decision-making.
Solid experience in
recruitment, talent management, organisational development, and
change management.
Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills.
A proactive and
results-oriented approach to
problem-solving.
