Our client is seeking a Group Accountant to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

Financial Reporting : Prepare and present accurate financial, management, and regulatory reports for various stakeholders.

Consolidated Reporting : Provide timely and precise group consolidated reporting in accordance with IFRS and local statutory guidelines.

Accounting Management : Ensure timely recording of accounting transactions and manage reporting schedules.

Tax Compliance : Handle quarterly GST submissions, corporate tax, and other statutory matters.

Stakeholder Coordination : Collaborate with subsidiaries and associate companies on data requests and queries.

Financial Analysis : Identify and investigate anomalies, support budgeting processes, and analyze financial reports.

Auditor Liaison : Work closely with auditors and tax agents on financial and tax matters.

Team Leadership : Provide guidance and support to junior staff in the Finance Team.

Who are they looking for?

Educational Background : Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably with ACCA / ISCA certification.

Professional Experience : At least 5 years of relevant working experience, with SGX reporting experience being a plus.

Technical Knowledge : Proficiency in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and up-to-date knowledge of regulations and accounting standards.

IT Skills : Strong computer literacy, especially in MS Office and Excel.

Analytical Abilities : Possess strong data analytical skills to support decision-making processes.
