Senior Sales Associate

Roles & Responsibilities

Senior Sales Associate will be based at our Paragon store and / or at Tanjong Pagar Distripark space. He / She will be responsible for driving the sales of artworks represented by the gallery and maintain good relationship with the clients besides planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall sales pipeline and strategy.

Responsibilities :

• Planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall sales pipeline and strategy,
• Use and maintain an effective database of clients who maybe interested in the works,
• Prepare all administrative support for sales, including but not limited to preparation of price list, exhibition label, exhibition kit, artwork listings, invoice, agreements, etc,
• Manage all incoming calls and messages to the gallery phone and online platforms and reply to enquiries in a timely manner,
• Work closely on all sales, consignments, loans and exhibition-related activities, including arranging client viewings, handling pre- and post-sales activities,
• Maintain professional, technical and market knowledge by attending talks, openings, networking events as well as reviewing publications and other resources,
• Upkeep the cleanliness and tidiness of the Gallery,
• Perform any additional work that is deemed appropriate for the effective running of the Gallery.
