Monitor staff experience across sites and address welfare
needs
Organize engagement activities to boost
morale and retention
Handle exit

5. Grievance
& Disciplinary Handling
Act as the first point of contact for staff grievances,
including site disputes or welfare issues
Conduct investigations and recommend disciplinary actions
in line with MOM guidelines
Maintain proper
documentation and ensure compliance with employment
laws
Criteria
years experience in HR & Stakeholder management
Familiarity with Singapore's employment regulations and
MOM standards
Ability to manage diverse teams
across multiple sites
