Senior Bartender

Employees Only Singapore is seeking an experienced,

passionate, and professional Senior

Bartender to join our award-winning team. As part of

one of the most recognized cocktail bars in the world, you will

play a key role in delivering the high standards of hospitality,

cocktails, and guest experience that define Employees

Only.

Key

Responsibilities

Lead by example in providing exceptional guest service

and maintaining EO's unique standards of hospitality.

Craft and serve classic and signature cocktails with

precision, speed, and consistency.

Maintain

deep knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and bar

techniques.

Support training and mentoring of

junior bartenders and barbacks.

Oversee bar

mise en place, cleanliness, and stock control throughout

service.

Monitor beverage costs and assist

with inventory management.

Uphold strict

compliance with safety, hygiene, and licensing

regulations.

Act as an ambassador for the

brand, representing EO at events and industry engagements when

required.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of professional bartending experience,

ideally in high-volume cocktail bars.

Strong

knowledge of classic cocktails, mixology, and premium

spirits.

Excellent communication and guest

engagement skills.

Proven leadership abilities

and experience in guiding a bar team.

Ability

to thrive under pressure while maintaining

professionalism.
