Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly capable and results-oriented Area Manager to oversee the performance of 3 to 5 Beverage & Dessert outlets . This strategic role is responsible for driving sales growth , operational efficiency , and team leadership while ensuring financial discipline across all assigned locations. The successful candidate will be hands-on in managing store performance, team development, and business planning in alignment with company goals.
Job Responsibilities :
๐ธ Operations & Service Excellence
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of 3โ5 outlets, ensuring consistent execution of SOPs, service quality, and cleanliness
- Conduct regular outlet visits to assess performance and ensure compliance with brand standards and food safety protocols
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, ensuring smooth workflow and staff productivity
- Implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and service turnaround time
๐ธ Financial Performance & P&L Management
Take full accountability for the Profit & Loss (P&L) of each outlet; analyze financial data and implement corrective actions to maximize profitabilityMonitor and control key financial metrics including Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) , labor cost , and overhead expensesEnsure accurate and timely budget forecasting and budget control across all outletsTrack and improve Sales Per Man Hour (SPMH) to drive operational efficiency and labor productivityPrepare and present monthly financial reports with actionable insights to senior management๐ธ Sales & Marketing Execution
Work closely with the marketing team to plan and implement local marketing campaigns , seasonal promotions , and new product rolloutsAnalyze sales trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to develop sales-boosting strategiesLead the execution of upselling initiatives , loyalty programs, and in-store promotions to increase average transaction value๐ธ Leadership & Team Development
Lead and inspire Outlet Managers, Supervisors, and frontline staff to deliver outstanding performance and serviceConduct regular performance appraisals , set KPIs, and implement training and development plansEnsure consistent manpower planning and effective deployment of staff to match business demandsBuild a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement๐ธ Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
Ensure accurate inventory management, stock rotation, and minimize waste and pilferageCoordinate with procurement teams to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce delays or shortagesPerform regular audits on stock levels, usage patterns, and supplier performance๐ธ Customer Experience & Brand Consistency
Ensure all outlets consistently deliver a high-quality customer experience in line with brand valuesAddress customer feedback and complaints promptly, using them as opportunities for service recovery and improvementMonitor outlet presentation and visual merchandising standards๐ธ Ad-hoc Duties
Perform any other duties or special projects as assigned by the General Manager or ManagementSupport new outlet openings, relocations, or refurbishments as part of business expansionAssist in internal audits, licensing renewals, and government inspections when necessaryCollaborate in cross-departmental initiatives that align with overall business goalsKey Skills & Competencies :
Strong understanding of P&L management , budgeting, and financial planningSkilled in COGS control , expense tracking, and budgetary complianceExperience tracking and optimizing Sales Per Man Hour (SPMH) and staff productivityProven leadership in multi-unit F&B operations or retail managementExcellent knowledge of local marketing strategies , sales initiatives, and customer engagementStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesEffective communicator with strong interpersonal and team management skillsHands-on, proactive approach with high attention to detail and ownership mentalityProficient in MS Excel, POS systems, and business dashboardsRequirements :
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality , Business Management , or a related fieldMinimum 3โ5 years of experience in multi-outlet management in the F&B or retail industryProven track record in financial performance management , sales growth , and team leadershipWillingness to travel regularly between outlets and work weekends / public holidays when requiredExperience in managing dessert, beverage, or fast-service outlets is highly preferredJobs Benefit :
