We're looking for a proactive and
detail-oriented HR & Admin Officer
(HRBP focus) to support our client's Singapore team. This role
combines HR operations and office administration, serving as a key
bridge between the Singapore office and Beijing
HQ.
Key
Responsibilities : HR
(HRBP Focus) :
End-to-end recruitment and onboarding for Singapore
team
Support payroll, CPF, employee records,
and performance management
Ensure HR policies
comply with local labor laws; drive culture and engagement
initiatives
Administration :
Oversee daily office operations and vendor
management
Handle travel, meetings, and
document filing
Manage lease and liaison with
landlords / property
Requirements :
3-5 years in combined HR / Admin roles in
Singapore
Strong knowledge of Singapore labor
laws, CPF, and MOM policies
Fluent in English
and Mandarin to liaise with both Singapore and China
team.
