Roles & Responsibilities
- Position : Events Assistant / Officer (Events / Gift / Purchasing)
- Location : Jurong East
- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday : 9.00AM to 6.00PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,500 Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus + 12 Days Annual Leave

Responsibilities :
Identify and liaise with suppliers during initial product development.Assist in the development and introduction of new products and services to enhance event offerings.Support in identifying trends and innovative solutions for product improvement.Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs related to product workflows.Place approved products into catalogues for client and internal use.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new products into operations.Prepare product write-ups, pricing sheets, and catalogues based on manager’s input.Coordinate with marketing for photos, layouts, and visuals.Handle procurement paperwork and vendor onboarding.Liaise with vendors for sample requests, product details, and pricing.Track project deliverables, ensuring timelines and approvals are met.Requirements :
