Project Manager (Building Construction)

Salary Range : SGD 6,000 – 9,000 per month (depending on experience)

We are a well-established local construction and building contractor with extensive experience in residential, commercial, and institutional projects. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, we are looking for a capable and driven Project Manager to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Project Manager / HOD in coordinating and managing ongoing projects.
• Oversee project sites and day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of all construction activities.
• Manage and monitor appointed contractors, ensuring proper coordination with stakeholders, tenants, subcontractors, and operations colleagues.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
• Drive customer satisfaction, quality delivery, and team performance.
• Enforce strict compliance with workplace safety rules and regulations across all project activities.
• Support feasibility studies of new or upcoming projects.
• Identify potential construction issues or contractual disputes and resolve them with appropriate solutions.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
