Job Description

Position Title : Customer Service Executive
Working Location : Ubi
Working Hours : 5.25 days (Rotational Saturdays after confirmation, all Saturdays are WFH) (Mon to Fri : 8.30am – 5 : 30pm) (Sat once a month : 8.30am – 12.30pm)
Salary Package : Up to $3000 + Variable Bonus
Duration : Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate communication with customers, overseas agents, and handle phone calls.

Manage airline space reservations through phone and email liaisons with carriers.

Track shipments and regularly check their status.

Confirm pricing and terms for awarded shipments.

Process shipments using EDI software.

Organize local handling services.

Collaborate with operations and finance departments to ensure smooth sales operations.

Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.
