Roles & Responsibilities
Scope :
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide information
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or company policies
- Record and update customer information in the system
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments
