As a Customer Service Executive for our fast-growing markets, you will oversee order fulfillment, customer support and collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvements. Your efforts will directly contribute to ensuring smooth order fulfillment, enhancing customer satisfaction, and optimizing supply chain efficiency.
What you will do
- Coordinate order processing and fulfillment, including communication with customers and internal teams on stock availability and reverse logistics approvals
- Provide backup support to designated Customer Service team members
- Respond to customer inquiries on orders, repairs, and product availability, logging feedback in Salesforce and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with warehouse to maintain and update SEA’s packaging work instructions and pack-in matrix in the ERP system
- Process goods receipt for received items to facilitate vendor payments and generate proforma invoices for returning faulty equipment for servicing.

Experience & Personal competencies
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service and order fulfillment industryKnowledge in Letter of Credit (LC) and shipping terms will be an advantageProficient in Microsoft Office ApplicationsTeam player with strong collaboration, coordination, and interpersonal skillsHave a keen eye for details, meticulous and organized.
