Roles & Responsibilities
1. Daily submissions :
- Download, rename and save all new business submissions from the common email mailbox into the advisors’ folders.
- Send return acknowledgement email to advisors for incomplete submission.
- Receive, scan and save all daily hardcopy submission documents into the advisors’ folders.
- Prepare all daily hardcopy submission documents and loose mail to be sent out to Insurers.
- Key all approved submissions into excel.
2. Client Transfer :
Check all Client Transfer Forms (CTF) in the common email mailboxDownload and sort all the forms into CTF folder according to client folder under the individual advisorReject any forms that have error / mistake / missed out document on the submissionEmail all submissions to respective providers weeklyAttend to any CTF enquiries received in in the common email mailbox3. Acknowledgement of Resignation
Prepare and check on policy re-assignment listings for resigned advisorsCheck for all the client’s policies and investment accounts (in New Business & Client Transfer Folder)Check in Insurer web portal for all the client’s policies & status4. Monthly Inception & BSC
Download all Incepted reports from Insurer Web Portals and Business Development folder monthlyUpdate monthly inception status and date into the excel Master FileUpdate all Direct Product Purchase (DPP) cases into the excel Master File5. Ad-hoc :
Key & update monthly inception reportFiling of tax invoices / submission checklists, if anyAny other admin matters as assigned by the HODProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, preferred
