At least 3 years experience as pastry chef
At least 5 years experience in a professional kitchen
Able to come out with new recipe
Able to work on seasonal produce to come out with new products
Able to ensure cleaniness and food safety
Able to develope and implement training for new staff
Able to handle scheduling and rostering
Able to work on public holidays and weekends
Able to work on 12 hours rotational shifts (with breaks)
